If you need immediate service, you can mark your request as urgent. In that case it goes only to professionals who have declared immediate availability. Important! It stays FREE for you.

Can I cancel my request?
Yes, you can cancel it within the first … minutes of submitting it, from the “My requests” section. After that the request has already gone out, so if a professional has already accepted it you will need to let them know directly.
What if nobody accepts my request?
The request moves automatically to the next available partner until someone takes it on.
What does remote service mean?
