Villa Ormos Sea View

If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, clean villa right next to the beach for your family’s vacation, then this is a perfect choice! This three-bedroom villa in Chalkidiki is designed to make you feel like home with modern design elements that combine the beauty of nature with the luxurious environment.

The villa has balcony or veranda so that you can enjoy the marvelous view of the sea, the garden and to the mountain too. The villa is ideal for families with children given that it has a total surface of 120 m² and consists of two floors; on the ground floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Also there is a second bathroom.

Various facilities are included such as flat-screen TV with satellite channels, washing machine, kitchen with home appliances, balcony, air condition, ceiling fans, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, parking lot for two cars, etc.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, but if you want to invite your friends too, there is a Guesthouse next to it. This Guesthouse is completely autonomous providing its own entrance, a bathroom, a double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge, and it can accommodate two additional guests on extra cost.

The facilities are of high quality, aiming to provide them relaxing holidays and creating memories which will last a lifetime.

On the villa’s premises you will find:

– A crystal-blue, sandy beach just outside your door! Each villa offers an independent, private space of 50 sqm on the beach. This private space includes a comfortable sofa, 4 poufs, 4 sunbeds, and 2 umbrellas on our beautiful sandy, fully-organized beach. Guests can also practice different watersports, SUP, or even enjoy a glass of wine and taste fresh fruits served by the villa’s team.
– A beautiful, colorful garden with fresh vegetables at your disposal. Do not hesitate to collect tomatoes, or whatever else you want to make your own lunch.
– A rich welcome basket gift upon your arrival, with goodies from our garden and traditional greek products.

The villa’s team improvised feast with a campfire in the garden every week under the sounds of relaxing music and accompanied by a good glass of wine and fresh fruits.

There is also a BBQ, a Terrace, Ping-Pong tables, a table football game, free Wi-Fi, a small basketball court, parking, and a playground for your kids.

Among our various facilities, an ice machine is included too! The guests are provided with specific buckets, which they use in order to fill them with ice. Then, they can bring the ice bucket to the beach or to the garden so that they can always enjoy a cold drink!
